Order confirmation and tracking

After you have placed an order with liquidlustre.com you will receive a confirmation via email to the email-address provided at checkout. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your promotions and spam folder before contacting customer service. 

You will receive additional emails with tracking information and updates on your order status. 

 

Delivery Times 

All orders for our customers based in the United States are shipped with UPS, FedEx or USPS and can take 6 - 8 business days for delivery. Please note that all processing and delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change and delays outside of our control.

We offer free shipping for orders over $49 in the 48 contiguous states. 

For orders totaling: $1.00-$14.99. Include : $7.99

For orders totalling: $15.00-$48.99. Include: $9.99

For orders totalling: $49.00 and up. Include: FREE SHIPPING! 

Alaska and Hawaii orders will use carrier calculated shipping fees.
